Board

Marie Clapot is an Art Beyond Sight Institute Educator and Project coordinator, with extensive experience in museum education and accessibility. She has worked in the Access Coordination office of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, NY and the Indiana University Art Museum in Bloomington.

Mike Haber is a lawyer who primarily represents non-profit organizations. After practicing for years in Brooklyn, he currently is teaching at Hofstra Law School in Nassau County.

Celina Martinez comes from an arts and literacy background as a writer and dancer. Currently, she is a public school educator at a dual language public school in Brooklyn, New York.

Renée Coronado Martinez is a nonprofit manager, technology trainer, and community organizer.  A Los Angeles to New York City transplant, Renée has spent the last ten years cultivating relationships within the nonprofit and healthcare IT communities.  

Chelsea Lemon Fetzer is a poet and fiction writer who holds an MFA in creative writing from Syracuse University. In addition to serving The Create Collective, Inc. she leads creative writing workshops across New York City in collaboration with PEN American Center's Reading and Writing Program, The New York Writer's Coalition, and independently.

Sarah Michaels is an accountant and musician currently putting the finishing touches on an album of her band, Dirty Excuse.

Maril Ortiz comes from a visual arts and dance base with a focus in arts management. Aside from CC, Maril coordinates projects for Older Adults Technology Service (OATS) and Brooklyn Museum.
